When the bottom of the paper is underneath the glue line, hold it tight and wet the glue line with your tongue. Again, don't wet it too much, this time to prevent your paper from shredding apart, now that would kill your spliff in a whiffy!

Fold the wettened part over the rest and there you go! A spliff! Wait until it's dried up a bit and tap the spliff (with the tip down) on your table a few times to let the mix inside merge down. This is so that your spliff isn't going to be too sharp tasting and takes care of falling apart. Burn the little piece of paper that's left over on both sides (carefully) and light it up! Sit back and enjoy!
